"Juste après l'accident, j'ai trouvé un blog sur les paons qui avaient été laissés dans la zone d'évacuation, dans une limite de 20 km. J'ai alors commencé à imaginer ces paons, se promenant dans la ville vide, avec leurs belles ailes déployées.
Ce texte est tiré de mon précédent ouvrage ”And, where did the peacocks go?”
Mon tout dernier livre est une nouvelle version de cette série sur ce que j'ai ressenti et assimilé du tremblement de terre, du tsunami et de l'accident nucléaire de 2011. Cet incident m'a poussé à revenir à l'art, que j'avais arrêté pendant plus de 10 ans. Dans ce livre, j'ai également utilisé le texte ci-dessus mais j'ai ajouté cette ligne à la fin :
"Je me demande toujours où ils sont partis…"

at Plac'Art Photo on tuesday May 24th from 6pm.
“Right after the accident, I found a blog about peacocks that were left in the evacuation zone, within the 20km limit. I then started imagining those peacocks, walking around the empty town with their beautiful wings spread.'
This text is from my previous book ”And, where did the peacocks go?”
My newest book is the new version of the series about what I have experienced and digested from the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident in 2011. That incident pushed me to return to art, which I had stopped for more than 10 years. In this book, I also used the text above but I added this line in the end:
'I still wonder where they went...'

Limited edition of 500 numbered copies and 50 head copies accompanied by a silver print or color inkjet print on Japanese paper (to choose from 10 different images)

The book, presented in two parts, consists of an accordion of 48 pages and a second book of 62 pages printed on tracing paper.
