The book “Les Nuits Fauves” and a photographic series of women of the night, I chose burlesque situations, private parties, nightclubs, casinos and friends’ parties. I have been to Berlin, Prague, London, Las Vegas, Paris and Milan in different periods from 2018 to 2021. The photographs were taken with flash to quickly take in the movements of the bodies that appear from the darkness to be seen in their jarring, wild colors.

More than the bodily approach, I am interested in photographing the way women move inside their clothes. Often the shots are bodies taken from behind or in a partial way this considering the encounters in the night as a desire to “escape”, where you recognize different states of consciousness and psychic distances where you accept the passing experiences such as loneliness, experiencing paradoxical ways of living where you enter and leave, but where some feelings remain.
