The Girl You lost to Cocaine is a collection immersed in the drag queen community. Spread over four years, it takes place mainly in Lyon, but also in Paris and Berlin. Combining images taken inside, outside, during their transformation or as queens, this collection aims to give a broad representation of the different issues of the drag phenomenon, before its popularization by shows such as RuPaul's Drag Race. 
If the genre is a race, Maxime Muller makes the choice to show us the locker rooms, the sides, the preparations to this big party that is the book, but especially the evolution 
of all these creatures who explore the term "femininity", in an intimate and personal way.
