In 1973, Toshihiko Sutoh moved from Tokyo to Sendai at the age of 26, and worked in various parts of Tohoku. This book is a collection of photos of the land that you visited during your work and the land that you would often visit for photography. There is not much snow scenery, and most of the projections are from the people who live there, with the old-fashioned farmers standing out. In the postscript by Sutoh, as an unforgettable scene in 1976, he recalls the time when he photographed an aunt working in the field.
