The pictures in the portfolio were taken by students of the photography club at Jissen Women’s University between 1969 and 1971, and this portfolio was published about 20 years later.Ashio was a copper mining area and is famous for the environmental pollution incident known as the Mining Pollution Incident.

Portfolio: loose pages in cardboard box, 24 x 32,5 cm. 70 images and 6 pages of text. In excellent condition.
