The women of Bettina Rheims. Sexual, indecent, unvarnished, with hints of pink on milky skin. The women of Bettina Rheims love each other exclusively. And play with the camera. Some pretend love; others give themselves pleasure. Evanescent dolls with androgynous looks, they are mute. Down to their soulless eyes staring at the lens.
Bettina Rheims' women are at the forefront of fetishism. Here a designer shoe. There a transparent pouf inflated with a hair dryer. Everything is white in Bettina's universe. Except the origin of the world. Pink and enticing.

The women of Bettina Rheims. A red box contains their fantasies. A case that looks like a school pencil box. A case that holds a small hand-stitched book, with red thread. A red thread that holds. Bettina's women. --Nathalie Robert-Poitout

In a red metal box, softcover, 18 x 14,1 cm, color photographs. First edition. In very good condition.
