"It's hard to stop a slow machine. Lazy late summer bulging panes distort things in the darkest corners of the garden. The old blushing panes distort things in the darkest corners of the garden. It's easy to imagine that something is moving, hiding in the shadows of the growing dusk. No wonder that people used to think there were beings and spirits in every corner. Now only my own ghosts are here. Summer is over and I'm closing the old rectory. This time the house is not just closed for winter, it's closed for good. At least as far as I'm concerned. The house has been emptied of three decades of memories and the key will be handed over to the new owners."
(Simon Johansson, excerpt from the book)
In relation to the book, a music album will be released in 2024.
