Photographer George Hashiguchi stayed in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture for about two months to help with the work on the Japanese film Father Fucker, which was released in 1995. This book is composed of photographs taken during that time, using the actors who appeared in the film as subjects. Hashiguchi has transformed the dramatic story of the film adaptation of manga artist Uchida Shungiku's autobiographical work into another world.

Hardcover under illustrated dust jacket, 30,5 x 30,5 cm, b&w photographs. First edition. Vintage signed and dated by George Hashiguchi. In very good condition, other than scratches on the interior of the cover (see picture) and creases on the dust jacket (top and bottom of the spine).
