Another punky street photography series by Jesper Haynes. Tokyo's Shibuya is famous for its pedestrian scramble or X-crossing - supposedly the busiest in the world. It is here Haynes have been capturing mostly young women from skirt down to shoes hurrying along the streets.
Much like his early book "St. Marks" - "Shibuya Scramble" has a punk aura to it -- raw, personal, grainy black & whites - drawing on punk fanzine aesthetic of the 70s-80s.
