In Cool in the Pool’s many pages, Yokota documents the creation of several artworks, some of them unreleased, in a studio that has now been demolished. The photos range from concrete shots of the finished artworks to abstract cuts of the tools and substances involved in their making. Seen as a series, the images tell fascinating stories about Yokota’s experimental photography art.
