The first book by Sophie Ristelhueber, a collaboration with future husband François Hers, for which she was supposed to write only text, but unable to find words she picked up a camera instead. The first section, photographed by Hers, consists of color images of the interiors homes with no people ; the second section, Ristelhueber's, is comprised of black & white images of the inhabitants of these interiors.

Softcover, 220 x 285 mm. First edition, b&w and colors photographs. Text in french. In very good condition.
