The work Kings Hill is a collaboration of graphic designer Linda Beumer and Nadine Watson. Coming from an expat background they were wondering about how people manipulate their direct environment to create a sense of home. Nadine Watson traveled to Scotland to photograph the expat community where her parents briefly lived. Linda Beumer responded visually to the images where she emphasizes the sense of artificiality and abandonment.
