Yusuke Yamatani shot this series while on honeymoon across Japan with his wife Emi. In the summer of 2014, the newlywed couple packed their tent and clothes and left for a one-month trip from Hokkaido to Kyushu. Yamatani notes, ‘I wanted to first show my wife everything I have seen in my life.’ The title of the exhibition is from the 1950s witty rock ‘n’ roll hit Rama Lama Ding Dong.
Hardcover, 18,3 by 24,5 cm, beautiful printing on glossy paper. First edition 2015. Limited to 300 copies. Out of print. In good condition other than a few scratches and stains on the covers and on the edge of the paper (see pictures), inside kept in very good condition.
