Forty-nine images from this classic work, reproduced here in double-page spreads, are a powerful selection of the photographs Salgado shot over the course of several trips to Latin America between 1977 and 1984. Awarded the City of Paris/Kodak Award when released, Autres Amériques was published in four languages, and marked the photographer’s first step in a long career  sheddling light on the fates of the oppressed and threats to the environment.

Hardcover under illustrated jacket, b&w photographs beautifully reproduced in rich gravure! Beautiful association copy for Louis ... " Louis my brother from so many battle , for you those few pictures from our Latine America with my friendship" In very good condition some small tears without missed on dust-jacket!
