A long walk, a menacing wind, some kisses, a few joints. We stop in the middle of nowhere. No light, I discover bit by bit. An industrial zone. Wrecked cars, a concert of frogs, a few frights. At last a house. « Abandoned by the gypsies » they told me. « Our home ». Indifferent to the grimacing faces, they open and bloom in front of me.
Cosmos takes form of a visual tale, made during one night. The embrace as a leitmotiv - loving, protecting, carnal or fighting. The birth of desire as a revolution. I wanted to photograph the fragility, the emotion, youth, desire and how in an arid environment, purity may well amid in the middle of contrary elements, the very heart of chaos.
