Although shot in New York City, this isn't a series about NYC but rather a reflection of life in any large urban center or metropolis. Bogren looks at the dynamic between togetherness and loneliness.

Taking the images from the series published in his latest book "Metropolia," Martin Bogren has created a special artist's edition including 16 of the images handprinted in large format, bound by thread handsewn around a wooden stick, and wrapped in a scroll which functions as a tube protection.
