Vacuum cleaner noise, energetic gestures, a mundane activity, it must look like the opposite of artistic creation, but that's the point. These are the moments when ideas pop up, when desires collide. Intoxicating. It's morning, one is meticulously sweeping around, looking for dust balls. Singing very loud, completely out of tune, but covered by the noise of the vacuum cleaner. A few square meters left to clean and one is impatient to start jotting down all what came to mind Today, by the way, I have to write these notes for Terrestre. I have a few ideas, I think that it will start like an alphabet book, even if I change my course, perhaps a movie scenario.
Arnaud is my friend. I am happy to write this piece of text for him.

And I'm happy to get paid like five hundred euros for that, maybe, I don't know. Arnaud and I don't talk about money. Although we know that everything in life is about it.

Alphabet book.
Deleuze's alphabet book began like this: "A for animal". I also remember my first Atlas. Inside the cover pages, a globe map with all the animals of the world, ranked by size from giraffe to mouse. No insects No photos of insects either for Arnaud.
