The Japanese Federation of Student Self-Governance Associations, more generally known as Zengakuren, is founded in 1948, it gathered students from 145 universities. It was quickly infiltrated by the communist party and joined the International Union of Students in 1949. Its action is centered on the protection of democratic achievements and the opposition to the war. In the 68's, it led many actions against the politics of the president impacting student life, as well as the Vietnam War. In this book, the federation, also, mourns the loss of one of their camrade.

Softcover, first edition, 21 x 29,7 cm. Small tearing of the cover at the staples, Pinch mark on the top right of the cover and inside the book which does not affect the photographs, discolorations of the paper, otherwise good condition. Text in English. It comes with an issue of "Senki. The batte flag", vol. 1, n°6 published by the International Bureau of the Communist League.
