Hardcover under dust jacket, 38,5 x 3&,1 cm, b&w photographs. First edition of 1979. Inside in very good condition other than an unglued part (see picture). The dust jacket is in quite good condition with edgwear and tear at the top and bottom as well as a trace of unglued sticker.
